No food looks good enough to eat, no drink is cool enough to drink, no smell is nice enough to smell, no picture is interesting enough to look at, no story is good enough to listen to, no music is soothing enough to enjoy, and nothing seems to be the only thing I want to seek.

I now wipe my tears from the night before, I take a deep breathe and lie down to rest.. Maybe if I’m lucky I won’t get up anymore. Maybe if I’m lucky I will then have a cold still heart oblivious to the continuous stabs to which it so obediently beats in rhythm to .

But then again, this is not one of those days. No, this day, I gasp for air and reach out for a helping hand. Yet, I find none.

This is one of those days, where I get out of my cold and wet surrounding and say to myself, not today… But someday…

5 minutes later, I did what the helpers could not do. I found Milan.

I called her and all three big dogs followed me. Gawd that was so cool. It was something like out from a movie. (I felt like a kid fulfilling his dream of Airbud, Balto, Snow Dogs, or Lassie).
